A complete assessment of the Service Users needs are recorded and reviewed regularly.

 

A Person Centric approach and well being deploying the Key Worker system supports in achieving the individual care needs of the Service Users.

 

The team includes qualified Home manager, senior care staff and care assistants.

 

Active independence is encouraged wherever and whenever possible
