All Service Users have the right to a written contract between themselves and the Home. This specifies details such as the level of expected care, fees, period of notice and so on. Service Users may be provided with a Handbook explaining more about the services available within the Home.
Our open policy Welcomes visitors and relatives at most times throughout the day. We can also arrange for prospective residents to spend some time in the Home to see and feel the environment at first hand.
